Please note that the customer will bear all return shipping costs unless the original products are defective.
Return Eligibility
- Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date you’ve received all your items.

If a dispute or chargeback is opened, the processing time of refund would take up to 75 days. Kindly contact our support team at moonforty5@gmail.com for any questions or requests.
- Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged, and must come with original package and original tags attached.
- All gift cards, surprise box, sale items, shoes, bikini, bodysuits, and accessories (except for scarves) are not eligible for return.
- If your order is purchased through store credits accumulated from previous returns, the order is not eligible for return.
